| Elasto-Gel dressings are a mixture of water and glycerine contained within a polymer matrix. Soft, self adhesive dressings help protect the wound from friction and pressure. Absorb 3.0 times their own weight in aqueous fluid to help reduce maceration of surrounding areas and help reduce microbial activity. Gel is covered with a stretch fabric so the dressing will conform to body contours. Bacteriostatic and fungistatic. |
