FIGHTING AGENTS
If you are taking Sulfa, narcotics, drinking heavily or taking
estrogen, you may not be receiving the
proper amount of Biotin. Also, if you have been taking antibiotics
for an extensive period of time,
you may have to step up your intake of Biotin to retain sufficient
functionality.
