Dilantin is a commonly used medication for the treatment of Seizures.
Overdose:
- Overdose can lead to decreased heart function or Cardiac Arrest.
Symptoms include staggered walking, rapid eye movements,
unusual body movements, and drowsiness. Blood tests
can determine the level of the overdose. Overdose can
occur at regularly prescribed doses if the dose is only a
little too high, because it will build up in the blood over
time.
